Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of MyBigasan ("MyBigasan", "we", "us"), a store management app for rice (bigasan) retailers. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What MyBigasan is

MyBigasan is a sales tracking tool for inventory, point-of-sale, customer utang (credit) tracking, reporting, and an optional public marketplace listing. It is not a BIR-accredited point-of-sale system and does not issue official receipts. As a store owner, you remain solely responsible for your own DTI/BIR compliance, including issuing official receipts for every sale, filing taxes, and any other regulatory obligation that applies to your business.

2. Your account

You sign up using Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure, since it is what protects access to your store. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including data entered by staff you allow to use it.

3. Plans and billing

Starter is free, with a limit on the number of products and no access to Employees, Suppliers, or Notes. Pro and Pro Plus are paid monthly plans that unlock higher limits, staff management tools, and, on Pro Plus, the marketplace listing.

Paid plans are billed manually: you send payment via GCash and submit the reference number in the app, and our admin manually reviews and approves the upgrade. There is no automatic recurring charge, we do not store your GCash password or any card or bank credentials, and nothing is charged without you initiating the payment yourself. If a payment is late, your plan continues to work for a 7-day grace period before being restricted to the Starter plan.

Because payments are manual and reviewed individually, refund requests are handled case by case, contact us using the details below.

4. Your data and content

You retain ownership of the store, product, sales, customer, employee, and supplier data you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of that data and for having the right to enter information about other people, such as customers and employees, into the app. See our Privacy Policy for how that data is handled.

5. Marketplace listings

If you opt in, your store and selected products may be shown on the public marketplace after our admin reviews and approves the listing. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing, including pricing and product descriptions. We may decline or remove a listing at our discretion, including for inaccurate information, prohibited products, or misuse of the marketplace. The marketplace is browse-only, customers contact you directly to purchase, and MyBigasan is not a party to any transaction between you and a customer.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or to list unlawful products
• Attempt to access another store's data or bypass account security
• Interfere with or disrupt the app or its infrastructure
• Submit false payment references or misrepresent a marketplace listing

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The MyBigasan name, logo, and app design belong to us. You keep ownership of the content and data you enter, and grant us the limited right to store, process, and display it as needed to provide the app, including displaying your marketplace listing publicly if you opt in.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for verifying your own sales, inventory, and financial records.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyBigasan is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including lost sales, lost data, or disputes with your customers, employees, or suppliers.

10. Termination

You may stop using MyBigasan and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms or for non-payment beyond the grace period described in Section 3.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. We will update the "last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
